The HR assistant’s function is a key position for the smooth functioning of agap2: you will work in collaboration with the Business Manager and will be in direct contact with candidates.

Your main missions are:

  • Analysis of the needs of our sectors of activity
  • Sourcing (searching engineers’ candidates on different job boards)
  • Selection the best profiles according to different trades and processing the applications
  • Phone screening and scheduling the interviews with the candidates
  • Participating to the selection and validation of the candidates
  • Following up the recruitment process
  • Managing the career management of the consultants
  • Development of the training department
  • Implementation of HR projects


Bachelor’s in human resources, you are service-minded and want to join a dynamic team. You have good communication skills and you are rigorous and motivated.
